Parker Forex Index Goes Flat In May


STAMFORD, CT--Currency funds were flat in May, with managers investing in emerging currencies faring particularly badly, according to the Parker FX Index which was published last week.

The FX Index is down -0.12 per cent, with 26 programs posting positive results and 18 recording losses.

The top performer for May is Bridgewater Associates of Westport, Connecticut with a return of 5.43 per cent, which uses a rule-based or systematic trading style.
