CME To Add Half Strikes On Four Currency Options

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) will list half-interval strike prices on four of its options on currency futures contracts starting August 14.

According to a memo that the CME sent out to all member firm personnel, the half-interval strike prices will be listed for certain Deutsche mark, yen, Swiss franc and Australian dollar currency options contracts.

The half-interval strike prices will initially be listed for the first three contract months of each eligible currency option. "Therefore,"
