Bloomberg, hot on the heels of adding real-time foreign exchange and deposit rates from Citibank subsidiary CrossMar Inc., is adding yet another foreign exchange service to its growing arsenal. Claude Tygier, long a contributor to Global Finance Inc.'s foreign exchange service, is jumping ship to launch Forex Digest on Bloomberg May 15.
