Reuters' D2-2 Forwards Enjoys Steady Volume A Year After Global Launch

LONDON--A year into its launch, Reuters' Dealing 2000-2 Forwards automated matching service now enjoys steady volume, according to sources, and boasts trading in 16 currency pairs.

Reuters' primary competitor in the electronic matching services, EBS, does not currently have plans to build a rival, but is reportedly nearing production of an FRA matching service, according to sources, which could become available as early as September in some regions.
