ABN Amro Bank Launches Regional FX Trading Portal For US Customers

CHICAGO--Dutch bank ABN Amro has launched a new FX portal.

Called FXPro, the system will cater to the specific needs of ABN Amro's North American clients, says David Woods, head of e-commerce, financial markets at ABN Amro in London.

Woods says ABN Amro is the largest international bank in the US and many of its US FX clients have full banking accounts with the bank in Chicago.

This means that the bank can automate clients' FX trading on the new service, pushing their trades through to client
