Bankers Trust announced the creation of IQ Financial Systems (IQFS), a global trading, risk management and commercial lending software provider. The new company, which was created as a spinoff from the company formerly known as Bankers Trust's Financial Software Solutions Inc (FSSI), will be owned and operated by its employees, while Bankers Trust will retain a majority stake in the company and be among its clients.
