NatWest Revamps Global FX Operation

National Westminster Bank has reorganized its international treasury responsibilities, according to international treasury director Cian McHugh, who is now New York based. Tokyo and Hong Kong will now function primarily as sales offices and Singapore will be the new centre for foreign exchange trading in the Asia-Pacific.
