Cognotec venture to launch ‘dream’ Japanese platform

TOKYO -- Cognotec Japan KK, a joint venture between Softbank Finance and Cognotec, has entered another joint venture with Japanese retail FX player Nihon Unicom Corporation to deliver a web-based FX dealing service to margin trading clients in Japan.

The venture between Cognotec and Nihon Unicom Corporation is called FX Platform KK, and will begin delivering the web-FX system, which has been branded FX Dream, in November, according to a release from Cognotec.
