Barclays de Zoete Wedd has shaken up the management of its foreign exchange group again, this time with a series of relocations back and forth across the Atlantic, according to global foreign exchange director Humphrey Percy. The moves are scheduled to take place in mid-March.

Andy Spencer, head of trading in London, is moving to New York to replace Tom Stanley as head of foreign exchange in New York, says Percy. Stanley came from New York to London in January as deputy global foreign exchange
