Tullett’s settles racial discrimination claim lodged by former employee


LONDON -- FX brokerage Tullett & Tokyo Liberty last week settled a claim for racial discrimination lodged by a Jewish former employee.

Laurent Weinberger, who worked at the firm’s City of London offices, alleged that during his period of employment with the firm he was subjected to continual racial harassment which made his position with Tullett’s untenable.

Under the terms of the settlement, details will be kept confidential by both parties.
