Gary Mitchell has been appointed chief dealer at Standard Chartered Bank in London in a reorganization following the resignation of senior chief dealer John Chapman to join the Royal Bank of Scotland (see related article, this issue), sources say. Jürgen Lindemann becomes foreign exchange manager. Both were promotions, effective September 1. Chapman's previous post has been scrapped.
