ACI's Clark Slams European CAD In Address For The Singapore Forex

Association Cambiste Internationale president David Clark planned to make a plea for the European Union's Capital Adequacy Directive (CAD) to be harmonised with the market risk proposals put forth by the G-10's Basle Committee on Banking Supervision in his speech to the Asia Pacific Forex Congress in Singapore last week.
