Recent Spate Of Departures In U.S. May Indicate Bonus Pool Is Dry

Although many U.S. banks have been reporting better earnings during 1995 than the previous year, head hunters, dealers and analysts surveyed by FX Week say the highly-unusual number of teams changing banks in December is the best indication that bonuses may not be worth waiting for.
But as usual, bonuses will vary greatly from institution-to-institution and from dealer-to-dealer. To this end, one source recently told FX Week: "I had one friend call me up and tell me he was getting a great bonus
