Kuwaiti banks are slowing moving their treasury operations back to Kuwait City as infrastructure is restored after the Gulf War. Burgan Bank and Gulf Investment Corp are both planning to move back to Kuwait by the end of the summer when free trading in the dinar is expected to resume.
