The Chicago Mercantile Exchange reports record average daily volume in its combined Mexican peso and Brazilian real options contracts. Combined average daily volume hit a new high of more than 1,900 contracts in September, and stands at more than 2,500 contracts per day as of October 28. Combined open interest has climbed for four consecutive months, reaching record highs of more than 66,000 contracts on October 28. Mexican peso options volume reached a high on October 28 of 35,867
