Harlow Butler Expands Into India, Via Majority Share In Joint Venture

Harlow Butler is expanding its international operations into India in preparation for increased deregulation of the financial markets there, by taking a majority share in a new joint venture with Merwanjee Bomanjee Dalal, a Mumbai-based broking company, officials say.
