Belarus Announces Free FX Trading

The central bank of Belarus has announced that it will allow banks to trade currency at free-marker rates at a single exchange from this week. The free market will be limited to a special session at the Belarus Currency and Stock Ex change.

The central bank chair man, Pytor Prokopovich said that the bank will open free purchase and sale of hard currency to make the FX market more transparent and to see how currency markets work in relation to supply and demand.
