Tom Peterson, formerly of Chang Crowell Management and Goldman, Sachs in the U.S., has joined Brandywine Asset Management, the investment research and trading company based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Peterson will take charge of Brandywine's foreign exchange brokerage relationships as director of execution services. At Chang Crowell he handled block order transactions in markets worldwide. Brandywine specialises in currency, futures and cash commodity trading and currently manages about $70
