Ligthart Elected ACI Secretary-General As China And Pakistan Join FX Body

At the Association Cambiste Internationale's annual meeting last week in Paris, the organisation elected several new members, admitted two clubs and amended its by-laws, among other accomplishments. It also formed a business plan committee, chaired by immediate past president David Clark.

Among the newly-elected officers is Heering Ligthart of MeesPierson in Amsterdam as secretary-general, replacing Rolf Willi of Dresdner Bank who stepped down last year. Phil Wilson, the assistant secretary
