The Association Cambiste Internationale (ACI) held a council meeting in Paris this month, naming Dresdner Bank treasurer and Forex Club Deutschland president Rolf Willi as secretary-general. He fills shoes left vacant by David Clark, who was elected president of the organization last May. Gerry Gohler, vice president and manager of foreign exchange at Bank of California in San Francisco, was also named regional executive for the Americas, succeeding Bank of America senior vice president Guiseppe
