CCA Capital Management, an Albany, New York-based currency fund manager, has named Douglas Mitchell chairman and J. Scott Merritt president and chief operating officer. Mitchell, who was previously president, will now focus almost exclusively on heading CCA's systems research and development. Merritt, who was previously a vice president, will now oversee the day-to-day operation of the firm.
