Wallace Weisenborn has been named president of Quantum Financial Services, the futures commission merchant owned by Netherlands-based ING Bank. Weisenborn has been "semi-retired" over the last few years. He joins Quantum from LIT, the FCM subsidiary of First Options of Chicago, which is in turn owned by the New York-based brokerage house, Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.
