Bank Of Oregon To Open Fx Desk Canadian Dollar Key Focus

The U.S. Bank of Oregon will officially enter the interbank foreign exchange market "within the next week or two," according to Adam McThedran, director of foreign exchange at the bank.

McThedran says the bank will manage a number of currencies from its office in Seattle, Washington, but will primarily focus on the Canadian dollar. Prior to joining the bank in April, McThedran worked at Toronto-Dominion Bank (TDB) for about 17 years. His last assignment was as chief dealer of their Vancouver
