J.P. Morgan, which is expected to post some of its most impressive trading gains in the third quarter, announced a major reshuffling among its managing directors last week. Morgan's global markets group, which oversees its currency, commodity and securities sales and trading operations, is now being run by managing director Peter Woicke, who was previously head of global technology and operations, and Marcus Meier, also a managing director.
