Bank Of America Names Mandell Deputy Head Of Global FX Business

Bank of America has named Chris Mandell to a newly created position as deputy head of global foreign exchange. The bank also named Tom Binks, previously with Standard Chartered, as the new deputy head of global financial engineering and risk management, based in London, responsible for managing the derivatives business.
