State Street Pips Putnam To the Post For Persaud

LONDON--State Street Corporation has hired Avinash Persaud as managing director and global head of research for the company's financial markets business, based in London.
Persaud, was formerly head of global currency research at JP Morgan in London, until he left in January.
In his new position, he will report to Stanley Shelton, Boston-based executive vice president of the financial markets group, and will head up State Street's global market research capabilities.
