Bank Of Montreal Names New Treasurer For Asian Expansion

The Bank of Montreal has sharpened its focus on the Asia Pacific region by appointing derivatives specialist Ellen Costello as managing director and regional treasurer in Hong Kong. Costello is responsible for all aspects of the bank's treasury product lines, including the trading and sales functions of foreign exchange, money markets and derivatives. Her region encompasses operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul, which have a total of about 40 staff.
