BarCap appoints global FX and EM head
LONDON - Barclays Capital has confirmed Nick Howard's promotion to the role of global head of foreign exchange and emerging markets (EM) distribution.
Howard will remain based in London and report locally to Guglielmo Sartori di Borgoricco, who heads distribution for the bank. Howard was most recently in charge of European FX sales but has been given the opportunity to take on the new role following the departure of George Athanasopoulos earlier this year (FX Week, April 6).
