Westpac in London hire

Soren Klausen has joined Westpac in London as a director in institutional sales.

He will start at the bank in early June, joining from Merrill Lynch in London, said Keith McCann, Westpac's London-based head of institutional foreign exchange for Europe and the UK. Klausen comes to the bank with more than 20 years of FX experience in sales and trading at Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
