Ellis to leave CIBC, Monahan quits Icap
Ellis' departure marks the first senior manager in FX to leave the Canadian dealer since Harry Culham, global head of fixed income and currencies, brought in former Merrill Lynch colleagues Christian Exshaw and Tim Carrington.
Exshaw took up the post of managing director and head of global distribution last month, while Carrington joined this summer with responsibility for all aspects of the dealer's equity derivatives, equity arbitrage and commodities businesses (FX Week, November 20
