Turning a two-man band into a billion dollar company in under 15 years is an impressive feat at the best of times. Being able to do so in a country that has a 60% top tax rate is all the more impressive.

However, this heavy financial burden on founders and co-chief executive officers (CEO) Lars Seier Christensen and Kim Fournais has at least had the benefit of spurring them into opening offices worldwide.

The company established an office in London in June this year, and is planning to open
