City Index preps StreamBase pricing system
LONDON – City Index is rolling out a new pricing engine that will enable the firm to expand the number of products it trades, based on technology from complex event processing software vendor StreamBase Systems.
Toby Young, chief technology officer at City Index in London, said the new system should be in full production for some of the products the firm supports – starting with binaries and options – by the end of January. It will then migrate its equities and indexes pricing to the new
