StreamBase launches CEP open source exchange
StreamBase Systems launched an exchange on January 16 for developers, with the aim of driving innovation in complex event processing technology (CEP) and combining CEP with open source. Members already include Linden Lab, maker of the virtual world Second Life.
Event processing enables business and IT users to build applications that act on streaming data.The StreamBase Component Exchange will provide a global, open forum where ideas can be exchanged
