London-based technology vendor WallStreetdocs is developing an information extraction system to enable financial institutions to better understand and retrieve key information from legal documents.

Scheduled to launch in April, the Leibniz platform uses language processing technology to extract commercial information from legal documents such as International Swaps and Derivatives Association master agreements and credit support annexes (CSAs) for use in term sheets.
