BAML duo moves to RBS

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has hired Mark Webster as head of foreign exchange sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) and global head of financial institutions FX sales.

Webster will be based in London and joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), where he had been head of Emea sales for its global currency group since 2002. He was also a member of the BAML global executive committee for cross-product electronic trading and risk management.

He will report to Tim Carrington
