Ex-spot trader in RBS compliance role

Stuart Moss, a former senior foreign exchange spot trader at Lloyds Bank, has joined Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as a surveillance follow-up officer.

Based in London, Moss had been at Lloyds for five years, where he ran the EUR/GBP, EUR/USD, commonwealth and emerging markets books.

Prior to that, he worked at Halifax Bank of Scotland for more than 18 years, as chief dealer as well as a senior FX trader.

RBS declined to comment.
