CLS promotes Wood as general counsel

Gaynor Wood, managing director and co-head of legal at CLS Group, has been appointed to the role of general counsel.

London-based Wood succeeds chief legal officer Alan Marquard and will report to group chief executive David Puth. She will also become a member of the executive management committee.

Wood joined CLS as head of the London legal team in November 2013, from Bank of America, where she spent seven years as director and associate general counsel, responsible for the legal support of the
