CLS promotes Wood as general counsel

The legal department's co-head replaces Alan Marquard

Gaynor Wood, managing director and co-head of legal at CLS Group, has been appointed to the role of general counsel.

London-based Wood succeeds chief legal officer Alan Marquard and will report to group chief executive David Puth. She will also become a member of the executive management committee.
