The US Department of Justice (DoJ) has requested additional information on the proposed shareholding and governance arrangements of Tullett Prebon's acquisition of Icap's global hybrid voice-broking and information business (IGBB), announced on November 11, 2015, from both companies.

"Tullett Prebon understands the DoJ's review is focused on the proposed post-completion shareholding and governance arrangements between Tullett Prebon and Icap Newco," said Tullett Prebon in a statement.
