Simon Pepper crosses over to French bank Natixis in London for FX sales role

New direction: Simon Pepper switches to the buy side from State Street

Simon Pepper, former head of foreign exchange trading at State Street, has joined French bank Natixis in FX sales at its London office.

He will report to James Lamb, co-head of FX institutional sales for Europe and head of FX.

Pepper worked at the US bank for more than 11 years, between 2004 and 2015. Previously, he held positions at Barclays from 2001–04 and at JP Morgan from 1994–01.

Natixis confirmed the appointment.
