Ira Koyner joins Morgan Stanley in New York

Ira Koyner, former director and head of options trading at Citi, has joined Morgan Stanley, FX Week has learned.

New York-based Koyner will continue to trade G10 FX options in his new role and become an executive director.

He spent six years at Citi as a director on the options desk between 2009 and 2015. Before that he was head of FX and local market trading at Dresdner Kleinwort, now part of Commerzbank, from 2007–09.

At the German bank, Koyner reported locally to Joe Craven, then head of FX
