Trading places: Sachin Shah swaps one US bank for another

Sachin Shah, a former senior G10 foreign exchange trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML), has joined US bank Jefferies to take up the newly created role of sales trader.

He reports to David Hitchins, head of FX for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in London.

Shah had served in his most recent position at BofAML since 2015. Before that he was an FX spot trader between 2003 and 2009, focused on the yen and Swiss franc crosses.
