Wyatt to leave SEC's office of compliance

Marc Wyatt, who will be succeeded by Pete Driscoll, is returning to the private sector

So long: Wyatt sets sail for the private sector

Marc Wyatt will leave his post as director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) office of compliance inspections and examinations (OCIE) in February, to return to the private sector, the agency announced on January 30.

Pete Driscoll, the OCIE's chief risk and strategy officer, is expected to succeed Wyatt in an acting director role.
