DTCC promotes Shuman to general counsel
Ann Shuman replaces Larry Thompson, who will now serve full-time as vice-chairman
Ann Shuman, managing director and deputy general counsel of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), has been appointed general counsel.
She replaces Larry Thompson, who is stepping down to serve full-time as vice-chairman. He will continue to lead DTCC's public policy engagement with key regulators and lawmakers globally.
