Why aren’t the Greeks using CLS?

From the public list of users, Athens-based EFG Eurobank Ergasia, the third largest in the country, is live on the system as a third party client. None of its local peers, including National Bank, Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank, appears on any list. All four were downgraded by ratings agency Fitch Ratings to BBB from BBB+ in February.
