EM risks are trickier to navigate

The risk profiles of emerging markets (EM) have changed considerably in the past six months, says Standard Life Investment, which expects it to become more difficult to invest in these economies, compared with the end of 2014.

The investment manager says several countries, including Mexico and India, look safer than some of their peers, while conditions in already risky countries such as Brazil and Malaysia have deteriorated.
