Foreign Exchange Survey Shows Slight Increases In 1994 Salaries

The recently-released Kling Annual Financial Services Industry Salary Survey for 1994 shows a slight overall improvement in average international banking industry foreign exchange salaries and no instances of lower base pay.

"The activity over the last couple of years was pretty thin. That caused salaries to be somewhat stable," says Len Adams, executive vice president of New York executive search firm The KPA Group, which conducts the survey. "But we are seeing a lot more activity going forward
