Chemical To Extend Night Desk In N.Y. Sevilla Tapped To Head Graveyard Shift

As expected, Chemical Bank will soon add its name to the short list of banks that staff a foreign exchange trading desk in New York around the clock. The bank, which recently hired Caesar Francisco F. Sevilla to manage its midnight to 8 a.m. shift, plans to start up the final leg of its night desk by the first quarter of 1991, an official at the bank says.
