Reuters Discounts D2000-1 Rental Charges In Bid To Boost D2000-2 Market-Making Activity


Reuters has begun offering incentives for market-makers to put prices into its Dealing 2000-2 automated foreign exchange system, following concern in some quarters about the lack of liquidity on the nine-month-old system. The scheme is seen as a strategy to gain some momentum behind Dealing 2000-2 before two bank-sponsored rivals are launched in April.
