Treasury and FX management at Dresdner Bank seem to be in a state of flux: two new executives have recently taken over in Frankfurt while top posts remain unfilled in London, officials confirm. The bank has tapped Leonard Fischer, from JP Morgan in Frankfurt, to take on the treasury director's spot vacated by Rolf Willi when he moved to manage the bank's Asian operations earlier this summer (FXW, March 13). And Henning Bruttel has moved over from the interest-rate derivatives side to manage FX
