LONDON--Where there's smoke, there's generally fire, goes the old adage, and TJ Lim's appointment last week as co-head of the global markets division at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB) proves just that. Press reports linked Lim with the German bank as early as March, shortly before he opted to resign from Union Bank of Switzerland (FXW, March 23).
